The Container Loading Inspection covers the quantity check, the packing list check, the container check (to make sure that it is in good condition), the process of the loading (cartons conditions, filling-up level etc) and also a quick inspection on selected sampling size to check the workmanship, main functions, packaging and packing of your products. This inspection guarantees that you will receive exactly what you ordered.

This is to make sure that the correction has been done based on recommendation and rectification advices given on Initial Production Inspection. You have time to correct any mistake before the final inspection takes place and to ensure the production will complete on time. Inspection takes place when 40-60% of total order quantity is produced.

This inspection takes place when at least 80% of the products are ready and packed into export cartons. You can of course specify that you want 100% of the products to be ready for this inspection. The Pre-Shipment Inspection covers all possible on-site checks of your products:

The Inspection takes place when 10 to 20 percent of the total order quantity is produced to ensure that your product specifications and reference samples are well-understood by the factory.  The inspection covers the following criteria:
  • Verification of production schedule.
  • Check of raw materials.
  • Partially completed goods.
  • Finished products and the packaging.
  • Inspection for appearance, workmanship, color, measurements, quantity, packaging/package details, compliance with directive.
